It’s good to love yourself, if you do, than you can truly love others, as you understand love.

Being kind to yourself makes a big difference in the road of learning to be good to ourselves.

Many people have a difficult time loving themselves. Some people self harm, neglect themselves, negative attitude, poor self image, sabotage relationships, the list goes on. It’s all stems from not having a loving environment in the first place or having someone strip all their self confidence or childhood or dignity.
