Lesson Learned Strength

When your story doesn’t make you cry

Sometimes it means people are disconnected from their feelings or been invalidated so much that they can no-longer feel. ~ Lynette Pettitt

I tell my story to anyone it may help. If I can save one person from my previous pain by making them aware of the their company and surroundings it helps. God gave this to me because I am strong. Hopefully through the years my story has helped. Good bless. We all have our struggles and those still struggling will one day say I am a survivor and be healed. ~ Melissa Dunn

Each person has their own way of coping with their pain. It takes time to heal and forgetting is not really going to happen, but to remember and cry no more or hurt all over again means you have mended and ready to move on. ~ Adora Macalalad
