If you keep blaming everyone else

It’s a process, of discovery. There are hidden wounds and insights about the past that are extremely helpful to know before you discard the past that help launch you forward. It seems blame comes before understanding in our maturity tangle. This is an exciting step in the process, very freeing! ~ Trisha Whitehouse 
 
The only way you can change, is to change how you think, and how you react. It’s not easy to forgive yourself, it’s one day at a time.
 
There is a difference between blame and recognizing the affects of other’s behaviors and choices have had on us. We wouldn’t do either one if we were in denial. First step is solving a problem is acknowledging it exists. Holding others accountable for their actions, while at the same time accepting what happened to me ; asking God to make something beautiful out of it. At a certain point , and its tricky saying where that point is, after realizing the significant harm done to me by others, beauty says,” How can I take the power away from evil, and place it in the Hand of Love.” Darkness says,”There’s no hope, and it’s all their fault” You are left to choose which hand you grab. Schizophrenic emotions can happen when you clasp both. ~ Trisha Whitehouse
