You need to have your eyes facing in the direction of your feet are going. Don’t look back!

We waste so much time looking back, that we don’t think about taking one more step forward. You know why? Because we want to take two steps forward, instead of one, and when we can’t, we get frustrated and take a step back. I really learned something from this, as I have been there myself. No one want’s to go backwards, but it does happen. However, we can catch ourselves in that pattern and do something about it. ~ Jared Dellinger
