Gratitude Strength

Give thanks today for those who did you wrong

Give thanks today for those who did you wrong

Keep in mind, without them doing you wrong, you would have never developed and discovered your strengths. It takes struggle and adversity to get that. So in essence we do. Otherwise you would have never grown into the strong person you are today. ~ Brigitte Nicole

Those who do wrong unto us ‘they’ are our life lessons. Without them, just how much about life, human nature and about ourselves, would we learn; how deep we are capable of digging when our backs are against the wall; how to identify and learn to manage our feelings; our reactions and responses. How to learn how to make choices, instead of having our choices made for us. Our inner wisdom is born from the trials and tribulations that we have to endure. They do not come prettily wrapped with a bow. They are painful and designed to rip us apart, and the very fact that we are still standing and able to live through those ‘defining’ experiences is testament to how strong we are. I give thanks, from the bottom of my heart, to all my haters. I have come to know thyself through the misdemeanors of others. ~ Anne Warby

Negative learning is still learning. Only beneficial if one can stand outside of the event/behaviour to be able to turn a negative action into positive energy. ~ Susan Gagnon
